Is there a minimum commitment?No. You can cancel anytime.

What happens if my website breaks during an update?We have automatic daily backups. If something fails, we can restore the website to its previous state in less than an hour. This is included in all plans.

Do you have access to my banking data?No. We only need technical access (hosting, WordPress, database). We never ask for access to bank accounts or financial data. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I cancel whenever I want?Yes, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no penalties or hidden costs.

How many changes are included?Small changes are included (text, images, minor tweaks). Larger development work can be quoted separately.

When do backups run?Automatically (typically daily) and they can be restored quickly.

Can I upgrade from Basic to Pro?Yes, anytime from the portal or by requesting it.
